Since 2012, we have created and cultivated hundreds of thousands of friendships between middle eastern people who are willing to give peace a chance: Iranians with Israelis, Palestinians with Israelis, Syrians, Egyptians, Muslims, Christians, Arabs, Jews…
We believe that once you have acknowledged that the people ‘on the other side’ are just like you, you can never go back to blind hate.
Different from other organizations at which large amount of funds spent on operation with no real ability to measure or quantify impact;
The Peace Factory with its compact operation creates 50K new friendships every single year!

BOX
The Sandbox project is a compilation of short stories from individuals in the Middle East who share snippets from their lives.
In theSANdbOX, people from the Middle East reveal their fears,hopes and dreams and the readers can return their empathy and support by clicking “FRIEND ME+” for a Facebook friendship.
The Sandbox project also creates direct connections and bridges by setting up spaces to meet in “chat rooms” that are set up virtually to allow for direct interaction.
“Get to know the enemy for the weekend” is a project that is even stronger to set up relationships that guard against falling back into blind hate.
The Peace Factory acts as a mediator.

No we are not an NGO. Although we are not for profit organization, we find that our operation in the privet sector enables us to stay agile and efficient
How do you fund the Peace Factory?
In latest year – 2014/15 – we were generously funded by the Lieberman Family which covered all our yearly costs. In previous years we ran few funding campaigns and received sporadic donations.
What type of funding do you accept?
We appreciate every funding, support, donation and any strategic partnership we can get.
Funding can be a one-timer support or a long term relationship.
